Ready, Set, Grow wants all Connecticut children to enter kindergarten healthy, eager to learn, and ready for school success; and we need YOU. We are looking for one adult "Friend of Connecticut's Young Children" for every child born in Connecticut this year. That means we need about 40,000 Friends!
Friends are adults who publicly support the goal of "all children ready" by adding their name to the growing online list of Friends. Ready, Set, Grow requires nothing more of its Friends than permission to use their names in public support of the public goal, and their names appear on this website. In order to keep Friends informed about the progress of the campaign, we provide periodic electronic and print updates.
